In a surprise move on Tuesday night, the government in Westminster gave the official green light for agents in England to make plans to reopen branches. Whilst that is great news they believe the situation is now safe enough to begin the process of returning to some sort of ‘normal’, the Government in Wales has made it clear that this is not the case here yet and we are very much still in ‘Lockdown’.
We will follow the developments in England closely but whilst still in lockdown, our teams are busy working remotely to help our customers, and we have also been developing campaigns and initiatives ready for when we reopen. These plans include how we will work in a new, COVID-19 secure way. Working safely and protecting our customers and our branch teams is our number one priority.
