The tenancy setup fee payable by the first tenant is £252. There is an additional charge of £90 for each additional tenant or guarantor required. All charges are inclusive of VAT
What does this fee cover?

If tenants wish to renew their tenancy at the end of the fixed term, a fee of £100 (Inclusive of VAT) is payable.
