Outline of the position

To take responsibility for the Marketing function across Peter Alan Ltd including All Wales Auction, PA Black & Thomas George. 

The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. A creative individual with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management and organisational skills.

•            A qualifcation in marketing or equivalent experience

Lettings Inspections Coordinator (Temporary)

Outline of the position

To inspect properties and carry out accurate inventories and check outs for the portfolio of managed properties.

Requirements for the position

Sales Negotiator
Caerphilly

Outline of the position

You will be responsible for generating viewings, valuations, financial services and Peter Alan Legal referrals.
Your main duties will include liaising face-to-face or over the telephone on the purchase or sale of a property, you will match clients' needs to properties, accompany viewings and negotiate offers between client and vendor. You will also qualify clients such as first-time buyers, cash purchasers, and those with a property to sell and make the appropriate appointments.

Requirements for the position

This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, active listening skills are essential to overcome objections and close a sale. It is crucial that you are able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively to ensure that you maximise your potential within the role
A full driving licence and use of your own car is essential for this role.

Maintenance Co-ordinator (Temporary for 6 months)
Cardiff Lettings Support Centre 

Outline of the position

To oversee and manage the maintenance, deposit return and gas certificate renewal process in the Lettings Support Centre, with a primary focus on one of those key areas. You will negotiate with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding works required to properties, manage negotiations regarding the return of tenants deposits at the end of the tenancy and be responsible for the renewal of gas safety certificates whilst ensuring that the certificate is renewed in the correct timeframe and is accurate and valid.

This is a customer service role and you will be required to deal with initial complaints with the aim of resolving the situation effectively and efficiently.

Must be highly organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods.
