You will be responsible for liaising with vendors & purchasers up and down the chain whilst also speaking to solicitors on a daily basis to update our clients and ensure that the milestones of each sale/purchase is met. There will be regular contact with mortgage brokers, surveyors and other key individuals to ensure a smooth and well communicated transaction. You will be working to tight deadlines and will ensure that everyone involved is updated on a regular basis with comprehensive notes at all times.
This is a varied role and therefore a flexible and confident approach is desired. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, active listening skills are essential to overcome objections and the ability to renegotiate a sale is essential. It is crucial that you are able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively to ensure that you maximise your potential within the role. Experience in sales progression is essential for this role.

To manage maintenance and other property issues for a portfolio of managed properties. Liaise with contractors and other third parties on behalf of managed landlords as well as supporting other departments when required.

The Valuer will be responsible for carrying out valuations of properties for sale in accordance with associated regulations and requirements. A large part of the role will involve the administration of contracts and ensuring they are completed and signed by all relevant parties in line with company and industry policies and practices, and to manage appointments to ensure customer requirements are met and quality turnaround achieved. The role will involve matching out suitable applicants who meet the criteria of the vendor and carrying out viewings to secure a sale. The valuer will work with management to ensure fee levels and cross sales are achieved through maximizing income generation and ensuring business targets are met.
You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, actively listening to overcome objections. It is essential that you are able to organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively. Experience within sales is essential and successful candidates will either have or be working towards the Sales Technical Award and be willing to undertake further training and qualifications in line with business needs. A clean driving licence is essential.
