Qualify clients and manage appointments and administration to ensure customer requirements met regarding quality and timescales. Match client needs with stock, accompany lettings viewings and negotiate with applicants and landlords. Comply with legislation, auditing and monitoring requirements relevant in the lettings industry and to maximise income generation and ensure business targets met by selling all of the services and benefits of using Peter Alan.

Requirements 

Must have or be working towards Lettings Technical Award to fulfil role (training provided for new entrant candidates where appropriate) Demonstrate active listening skills, able to overcome objections and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to work using their own initiative and work as part of the team.
Must be capable of progressing towards achieving further qualification as required by business/legislation and any industry changes.
Must be competent with office technology.
Full driving license and use of your own car is essential for this role

Key responsibilities of an Administrator:

The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management and tenancy administration support service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carrier out in time and to agreed standards and co-ordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks.
