Wales’ leading estate and lettings agency, Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, have acquired David James Estate Agents lettings portfolio as part of its long term strategy to increase market share and extend its geographical network.
This acquisition will see David James lettings staff retained and the business will begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name in Wales and a number of Countrywide brands in the South West.
With a history that reaches all the way back to 1849, David James is an established independent property business, which focuses on selling and letting property in South East Wales and the South West of England. In 2017 David James and Partners merged with Newland Rennie to become DJ & P Newland Rennie and then rebranded as David James in 2022.
