The Welsh government yesterday announced plans for a second round of lockdown restrictions across Wales beginning at 6pm on Friday 23rd October. We will of course close all 29 of our offices to comply with these regulations. However, we are also working hard to mitigate the impact of this closure for all of our customers.
A large majority of our staff are already working remotely, booking and carrying out appointments virtually and on the telephone. All of the ‘in-home’ services we provide are also already carried out to the highest possible ‘Covid-Secure’ guidelines as the safety of our staff and customers alike is paramount. This will enable us to ensure we can still help facilitate any Move Ins or Completions which are already scheduled to take place and cannot be rearranged.
Although, there will be temporary restrictions on physical appointments taking place, we will still have all of our staff available to conduct virtual appointments with you, including telephone appointments with our mortgage consultants, so please contact your local branch via email or telephone for more information if you require any of those services.
