Ryan Humphries – Senior Branch Manager
Ryan began his career in estate agency in 2010 with a small independent firm, where his drive and results quickly set him apart. His success led to an opportunity with Hatched, Connells Group’s online estate agency, giving him insight into different ways of selling property. In 2019, Ryan joined Peter Alan as Branch Manager for Blackwood.
More recently, Ryan moved to the Cwmbran branch, allowing him to work closer to home while continuing to build strong results for his clients and team. This led to his promotion to Senior Branch Manager. The most common mistake he currently sees is the expectation of valuations from the vendors and I feel it is our job as their estate agent to guide them to a realistic achievable price rather than just listing their property just for figures.
Ryan was born in Newport now lives there with his wife, their two children and their dog. Family time is incredibly important to him, and any time off is spent making memories together, whether that’s enjoying holidays or spending quality time at home. Ryan is a keen sports fan, with football and golf being his biggest passions.

Niall Edwards – Senior Lettings Manager
Niall joined Peter Alan in 2022 and has since worked his way up to the role of Senior Lettings Manager, an achievement he is extremely proud of. Approachable and dedicated by nature, Niall genuinely enjoys working hard to help applicants and landlords achieve their goals. Despite dealing with hundreds of applicants each month, he places huge importance on maintaining a personal, tailored approach to every client. His ambition is for the Cwmbran branch to be recognised for consistently delivering on its promises and providing a level of service that truly sets it apart from the competition.
Born in Newport, Niall has spent much of his time in Cwmbran over the years, having played both pool and football locally since his teenage days. A fun fact about Niall is that he is a Shove Halfpenny Singles Champion. He is passionate about all sports and is a supporters’ club member of Manchester City, following them whenever he gets the chance.

Daniel Palmer – Senior Sales Valuer
Daniel began his career in estate agency in 2014 and has since built up extensive experience across the industry. Over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of the local property market and what it takes to achieve the best results for clients. Known for his approachable and professional manner, Daniel prides himself on his communication skills and his ability to build long‑lasting relationships based on trust and transparency. His local knowledge allows him to provide informed, honest advice, helping clients feel confident throughout their moving journey.
Born in Abergavenny, Daniel now lives locally and values the strong sense of community the vibrant market town offers. Outside of work, football plays a huge part in his life. He is a passionate Manchester United supporter and has played locally for Mardy AFC for over 20 years, something he considers a major part of both his personal and sporting life.
Daniel is passionate about ensuring his branch is known for exceptional customer service, honesty and results. His focus is always on delivering a smooth, stress‑free experience and making sure every client feels supported from start to finish.
Georgia Satherley – Sales Negotiator
Georgia began her career in estate agency during the fast‑paced “market madness” of the COVID era, diving straight into a challenging and competitive environment. Starting out at such a unique time helped her quickly develop resilience, adaptability and strong negotiation skills from day one. With nearly six years of dedicated experience at the Cwmbran branch, Georgia has built an in‑depth understanding of the property markets across both Cwmbran and Pontypool, allowing her to confidently guide clients through every stage of their move.
The most rewarding part of Georgia’s role is being a small part of what is often a huge milestone for her clients. Whether she’s helping a first‑time buyer collect the keys to their very first home or assisting a family in finding their forever property.
Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending her time with friends and family. She loves eating out at local restaurants, shopping, or relaxing at home with her two cats.
Kaeden Newton‑Mattelle – Lettings Negotiator
Kaeden began his career in estate agency in Newport in early 2023, initially joining the industry as a Property Manager. Later that year, he progressed into his current role as a Lettings Negotiator, where he brings a proactive and organised approach to helping clients find their next rental home. Kaeden is passionate about delivering a smooth, supportive experience, not just at the point of offer but throughout the entire tenancy.
Kaeden lives with his fiancée and has happily made their house a home over the past five years. On his days off, he enjoys relaxing while also keeping busy with odd jobs, particularly when the weather is good. One of Kaeden’s favourite pastimes is working on his family farm, while it may be hard work, it’s something he genuinely enjoys and never sees as a chore.
