We were proud to celebrate the opening of our 29th branch in Chepstow, specialising in both Peter Alan and pa black. To coincide with the launch of our new branch in Chepstow we offered all primary school students across Chepstow, Caldicot and the surrounding area an opportunity to showcase their art by entering our ‘Design A For Sale Sign Competition’ which resulted in the winning design being displayed on a one off unique For Sale board and then used on our properties within the Monmouthshire area.

Today we had the great pleasure of announcing the winner of our art competition.  We had hundreds of entries from children aged between four and eleven from Primary Schools throughout the Monmouthshire area.  Deciding on a winner was an incredibly hard decision as the standard of children’s artwork was so high. However, with its bright and eye catching design , the winning entry came from Carys Faulkner, aged ten from Shirenewton Primary School.

This board will be rotated around all of Peter Alan Chepstow’s housing stock from as far as Lydney all the way to Magor. Huge thanks to all of the children and staff at Shirenewton, Pembroke and Rogiet Primary Schools for all of your hard work. We thoroughly enjoyed looking through all of your fantastic designs and we look forward to working with you all again in the near future.
