One of Wales’ leading estate agencies has raised more than £7,000 for TÅ· Hafan, the hospice for children in Wales, after choosing them as their official charity partner for 2016.
Throughout the year, Peter Alan’s staff were encouraged to take part in a wide range of fundraising activities to support the work of one of the UK's leading paediatric palliative care charities, helping children and families throughout Wales.
Staff participated in various activities to reach the total including a coffee morning, dress down days, Christmas Jumper Day and supporting Pritchard’s £100k Challenge.
TÅ· Hafan aims to meet all of the needs of life-limited children, young people and their families, at every step of their difficult journeys, helping them to make the most of the time they have left together.
It costs £3.7m a year to provide TÅ· Hafan’s state-of-the art facilities in Sully and its support services to families out in the community.
Andrew Barry, Managing Director of Peter Alan said: “I am delighted that we have raised over £7,000 for TÅ· Hafan. The hospice does terrific work caring for life-limited children and their families from across Wales. I would like to thank everyone who supported us through the year to help raise funds for this amazing cause.”
