Peter Alan launch online maintenance reporting system

At Peter Alan we now have a new around-the-clock online repair reporting system to benefit tenants in our managed properties.  The guided process provides us with the information we need to resolve the problems more effectively and save our landlords money and our tenants hassle.

The system, called Fixflo, provides an online picture-based system that allows tenants to report repairs in their rented properties to us.  Fixflo guides tenants through a series of pictures to identify a problem without any need for technical knowledge and offers in built advice for minor problems and emergency contacts, including video instructions such as how to check the fuses. 

Fixflo operates in over 40 languages and is translated instantly into English, allowing tenants to communicate effectively with us about their maintenance issues.

If you are currently a Peter Alan tenant and already use a tenant login to report maintenance, this login will still be available to you to check on the progress of maintenance, however please now report future maintenance requests via this new online reporting system.

Repairs for non-emergencies that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email. Emergencies must continue to be reported to us by telephone at 0330 3334004.
