Edward Rees – Branch Manager
Edward began his career in estate agency while completing a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management, combining academic study with hands‑on industry experience. Now with over seven years in estate agency, six of which have been with Peter Alan, Edward brings strong market knowledge and leadership to his role as Branch Manager.
Edward first entered the industry while working part‑time alongside his university studies in Birmingham and quickly found a real passion for estate agency. When Covid hit, he made the move back home to Wales and joined Peter Alan in 2019. Since then, Edward has worked across several branches, starting as a Sales Negotiator in Cowbridge before progressing to Branch Manager in Gorseinon.
Outside of work, Edward spends much of his time surrounded by animals. His partner is a veterinary nurse, and together they live on her family farm, meaning there’s always something new to look after.
Amy Burrows – Sales Valuer
Amy has worked in sales for as long as she can remember, but moving into estate agency is a decision she describes as the best she’s ever made. She thrives on the fact that no two days are the same and enjoys the variety that comes with helping different clients, properties and situations every day.
Born and raised in Swansea, Amy has a genuine passion for the local area and takes pride in helping people find the right place to call home. Known for being approachable, passionate and bubbly, Amy always aims to make the buying and selling process as smooth, enjoyable and stress‑free as possible.
Outside of work, Amy loves chasing the sun on beach holidays, heading out for long drives with her music on, or enjoying a glass (or two!) of wine with friends.
Cara Ozzati – Sales Negotiator
Cara has always had a strong interest in property, making a career in estate agency a natural next step. She joined Peter Alan a year ago and has enjoyed every part of the journey so far. Cara loves meeting new people each day and helping them take the next step toward finding their dream home.
Working in a fast‑paced environment, Cara embraces the challenges the role brings and finds it incredibly rewarding when an offer is accepted. Being able to support clients through such an important milestone is what motivates her most.
Away from work, Cara is married with two daughters and enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly when travelling, with Greece being their favourite destination. She also enjoys eating out, walking along the beach, and catching up with friends over a glass (or bottle!) of Prosecco whenever she can.
