Sofie Ekstrom-Gabb - Branch Manager / Valuer
Canton ‘born and bred’, Sofie has worked for Peter Alan for six years and has successfully managed the Canton branch for almost two years. She began her career in Canton as a trainee negotiator at just 18 years old and has worked her way up through different branches, returning to Canton in 2023 as Branch Manager. Sofie is so proud of her journey and career within estate agency so far. Becoming Peter Alan’s youngest ever manager and female manager is something she is unbelievably proud of.
Sofie now lives in Caerphilly with her boyfriend and their kitten but regularly visits Canton to see her family. Outside of work, Sofie is a retired professional ice skater who competed in seven World Championships for Team Great Britain. She still trains weekly at Cardiff Ice Rink and enjoys CrossFit at the gym.

Angharad Jessop - Sales Negotiator
Angharad lives in Riverside, just a stone’s throw from the branch. She loves living in Cardiff and being at the heart of the capital city. It’s a busy city with so much to do and lots of historical landmarks.
She joined Peter Alan in January 2025 after nearly three successful years in the construction industry, moving from new builds to estate agency. She has found the biggest change to be going from being involved at the start of a house build to helping people move into finished homes.
Angharad has lived in Cardiff for seven years, firstly sharing her house with her best friend Amy during university, and now with her nine-year-old cat. She loves local walks, with Rest Bay being her favourite spot for winter strolls and summer swims. Recently, Angharad received a 5-star Google review and is proud of the positive impact her work has on customers.
Dylan Kingston - Sales Negotiator
Dylan has lived and worked in Canton for the last few years and recently purchased his first home in The Drope with his partner and their Golden Labrador. Before joining Peter Alan, Dylan worked in one of Canton’s local butchers, where he developed strong communication and personable skills that he now brings to his role in estate agency.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing 5-a-side football at Gol and is a passionate Cardiff City supporter, attending both home and away games. He values the social side of football and spending time with friends. When he’s not at a match, Dylan is with his fiancée, planning their upcoming wedding.

Luke Dawes - Mortgage Services Consultant
Luke lives in the heart of Cardiff with his partner and loves the hustle and bustle of city life. Originally from Gran Canaria, Luke moved to Cardiff a few years ago and joined Peter Alan last year after completing his mortgage advisor qualifications. From his experience, the most common mistake people make when buying a house is not utilising estate agents or brokers before buying. We want to help by using our knowledge to guide and save them money.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys gaming with his partner – how they first met – and travelling. They recently returned from Japan and now love recreating traditional recipes at home with ingredients they brought back from Japan.
