Belinda Bishop – Branch Manager
Our Branch Manager Belinda brings over 25 years of estate agency experience to the team and is a key part of the office. With extensive knowledge of the South Wales property market, she provides expert guidance and outstanding customer service, ensuring every client is supported throughout their property journey. Her approachable nature, expertise, and dedication make her an invaluable source of support within the branch.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her exploring the waters of Egypt on scuba diving holidays or spending time with her beloved Husky cross Malamute, Keira. A proud grandmother to four grandchildren, she’s especially delighted that two of them have inherited her love of scuba diving.
Caitlyn Williams – Lettings Manager
Caitlyn has lived in Caerphilly her whole life and brings a true local’s insight to the property market. She joined our team in Summer 2025 after several successful years in our Pontypridd branch. She’s quickly become a familiar face to our landlords and tenants, always ready for a chat about their property journeys and investment plans.
Caitlyn is passionate about supporting customers throughout their property journeys and investment plans. She particularly enjoys carrying out valuations, discussing figures and getting properties market ready. She’s also the face behind all of Caerphilly’s social media posts.
Outside of the office, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her sidekick, her spaniel Archie, or jetting off on city breaks with friends.
Tomos Sharwood – Lettings Negotiator
Tom is a key part of our Caerphilly lettings team and joined the branch at the beginning of 2025. Based in Cardiff, he has quickly become an essential part of the lettings process. From carrying out viewings to helping tenants find their perfect home and negotiating offers, Tom approaches every situation with a calm and friendly manner.
Away from work, Tom enjoys being outdoors and creative. He loves hiking, camping, cooking and spending time at the gym. He is also a keen photographer, always looking for the perfect shot, a skill that certainly comes in handy within the property industry.
Claire Barry – Senior Sales Progressor
With over 30 years of experience in estate agency, Claire is the heartbeat of the Caerphilly office when it comes to sales progression. Her role requires determination, strong communication and a keen eye for detail, all of which she brings to every transaction.
Claire particularly enjoys the complexities of conveyancing, using her wealth of experience to overcome challenges and keep sales progressing as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She offers clients reassurance and clarity during what can often be one of the more stressful stages of the moving process.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys afternoon teas and socialising with family, friends and her much-loved dogs. Her balance of professionalism and warmth makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Katie Flook – Sales Negotiator
Katie has over five years of experience in estate agency and is proud to now be working in her hometown of Caerphilly. She brings a personal touch to her role, combining strong local knowledge with a proactive approach to customer service.
Known for being approachable and quick to respond, Katie has built a reputation for going above and beyond for her clients. Her determination is admired by her colleagues, while her reliability is highly valued by those she works with.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her little girl, her partner, family and friends and, most importantly, picking up snacks in M&S. She also loves travelling and exploring new destinations.
Luke Barry – Sales Valuer
Luke is our knowledgeable Property Valuer and a key face of the Caerphilly branch. With over three years of experience in estate agency, and having worked across Newport, Blackwood and Caerphilly, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the local property market.
Often the first point of contact for clients looking to bring their property to market, Luke is known for his expert valuations, market knowledge and friendly, approachable manner. He prides himself on guiding sellers through the early stages of their journey with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys golf, darts, football and never misses a late-night UFC match.
Joseph Baraz – Sales Negotiator
Joseph recently joined the team and has already made a fantastic impression with his warm and approachable manner. He takes the time to understand each customer’s individual needs, whether they are searching for an investment, their first home or a family property.
His attention to detail and commitment to finding the perfect match make him a valuable asset to the sales team.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys keeping active at the gym, spending quality time with his fiancée as they plan their upcoming wedding and relaxing by cooking and reading.
Charlotte Shaddick – Sales Negotiator
Charlotte has lived locally for many years and brings a true understanding of the area and its property market. With seven years of estate agency experience, she is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease.
She loves working closely with customers, building strong relationships, and guiding them through every step of the moving process. Her favourite part of the role is connecting people with their perfect property and using her excellent negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll usually find her enjoying the outdoors or discovering hidden gems within the local community.
Leonie Gee – Mortgage Services Manager
Leonie has been part of the Peter Alan team for six years, beginning her career in Sales before progressing into her current role. Her experience across different areas of the business gives her a great understanding of the property journey, and she is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. She enjoys supporting customers through every stage of the mortgage process and takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer care.
When she’s not in the branch, you’ll usually find her travelling abroad with her partner or enjoying a well-earned break in Starbucks with her favourite white mocha in hand.
