Victoria Davies – Sales Manager
Victoria, known to many as Tor, is the Branch Sales Manager at Peter Alan Bridgend. Since joining the company in 2021, she has built an impressive career within estate agency, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a successful background in retail sales management.
Tor began her estate agency career as a Sales Negotiator in the Maesteg branch before progressing to Bridgend and later Porthcawl, where she developed her expertise as a Sales Valuer. Her dedication and drive saw her take on the management of the Morriston branch, further expanding her knowledge and experience across a variety of markets. Two years ago, she returned to Bridgend, bringing her energy, leadership, and customer-focused approach back to her home patch.
Passionate about helping customers achieve their property goals, Tor combines professional expertise with personal experience. Having purchased her first home at the age of 19, she understands first-hand the importance of clear guidance, honest advice, and ongoing support throughout the moving process.
Outside of work, Tor lives locally with her husband, daughter, and two cats. Being deeply connected to the area gives her valuable insight into the local property market and community, allowing her to provide clients with expert advice backed by both professional knowledge and personal experience.
Alexandra Lewis – Sales Valuer
Alexandra is the Sales Valuer at Peter Alan Bridgend, bringing a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market. Originally from Neath, she relocated to Bridgend several years ago and has since become a familiar and trusted face within the community.
Alex began her estate agency career as a Sales Negotiator in the Maesteg branch before progressing into a Valuer role, later moving to Swansea to further develop her industry expertise. Returning to Bridgend last year, she now uses her experience and local knowledge to help homeowners make informed decisions about their properties with confidence.
Outside of work, Alex has a keen passion for horse riding and owns several horses. Her love of the countryside and equestrian lifestyle has given her a particular appreciation for a wide variety of homes, from rural properties to equestrian-friendly residences. When clients book a valuation with Peter Alan Bridgend, Alex is the friendly face they will meet, ready to offer expert guidance and support every step of the way.
Hannah Sellars – Senior Sales Negotiator
Hannah is the Senior Sales Negotiator at Peter Alan Bridgend and one of the branch's most experienced team members. Having previously worked in the Cowbridge branch, Hannah has developed an excellent understanding of the local property market and is passionate about helping customers achieve their moving goals.
As a key member of the team, Hannah is often the first point of contact for clients looking to book a viewing, arrange a valuation, or submit an offer. Her friendly, approachable nature and strong communication skills help put customers at ease, while her experience allows her to provide valuable advice and support throughout every stage of the property journey.
Now settled in Bridgend, Hannah has recently purchased her first home with her partner, giving her first-hand experience of the buying process and a deeper understanding of the emotions and challenges that can come with moving home.
Connor Dury – Sales Negotiator
Connor is a Sales Negotiator at Peter Alan Bridgend and brings a strong background in sales, combined with excellent local knowledge of the area. Living in the Ogmore Vale valley, he has a genuine passion for helping people find their next home and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for both buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.
As a local resident, Connor has an in-depth understanding of the surrounding communities and property market, allowing him to offer valuable insight and advice to clients. Connor is often the welcoming face clients meet when attending property viewings. He takes pride in showcasing homes, answering questions, and helping buyers feel confident as they take the next steps towards their move.
Karolina Lada – Sales Negotiator
Karolina is the newest member of the Peter Alan Bridgend team, bringing a wealth of property and financial services experience to her role as Sales Negotiator. With many years of experience as a mortgage underwriter, combined with previous estate agency experience, she offers clients a well-rounded understanding of the home moving process and the various stages involved in buying and selling a property.
Having relocated to Wales, Karolina now lives in Ogmore Vale with her partner and has quickly become part of the local community. Karolina is the friendly face you’ll meet when viewing properties with us.
Kelly-Louise Camara – Senior Sales Progressor
Kelly-Louise is the Senior Sales Progressor at Peter Alan Bridgend and brings over 10 years of experience within the property industry. Her property career began in the Neath branch as a Sales Negotiator. Over the years, she has built a strong understanding of the home-moving process, allowing her to provide expert guidance and support to customers from offer acceptance through to completion.
Now based in the Bridgend branch, Kelly-Louise plays a key role in ensuring transactions progress as smoothly as possible. Known for her calm, approachable, and reassuring nature, she works closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to keep clients informed and supported throughout their journey.
