Jennifer Adams - Sales Manager
After starting in the Whitchurch branch in 2017, Jennifer’s dedication and passion saw her quickly progress to Valuer in 2019, which included a move to Barry. In 2022 and 2023, she was voted Valuer of the Year, which led to being promoted to Barry Branch Manger in 2023. Under her leadership, Barry won Branch of the Year in 2024 - one of Jennifer’s proudest achievements to date. Jennifer strives for the Barry team to be known for its attentiveness, care, honesty, transparency and empathy in every situation.
Jennifer lives in Barry with her partner, their French bulldog, and her two football and rugby loving stepsons, which means she now supports Liverpool Football Club. When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys running, beach walks, renovating her home and travelling in her caravan.
Gemma Burt - Senior Sales Negotiator
Gemma started her estate agency career two years ago when she joined Peter Alan and has enjoyed the challenges and rewards that come with the industry. Her proudest achievement so far has been the growth of her confidence alongside developing strong communication and negotiation skills. Gemma hopes that Peter Alan Barry continue to be the go-to estate agency in the area.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her children on Barry Island beach and going on holidays exploring the world creating new memories.
Glyn Brooks - Sales Negotiator
Glyn has enjoyed his time so far with Peter Alan Barry as it has allowed him to meet new people whilst developing in his career. One of his proudest achievements so far is selling Porthkerry House one of Peter Alan’s biggest sales. He is excited to continue to support customers.
Glyn lives in Roose and loves the strong community feel and friendly people. Outside of work, Glyn enjoys going to the gym to keep fit and healthy and spending time with friends and family.
Sarah Jones - Sales Negotiator
Sarah has recently joined the Barry team and is settling into her new role. She brings strong rapport-building skills and excellent customer service experience. Sarah is eager to get stuck into her new role and make a positive impact on the team. Sarah hopes for Peter Alan Barry to be known as the most trusted estate agency in Barry.
Sarah lives in Barry with her family, partner, children, and stepchildren. She enjoys walking her dog, along the beach and taking her youngest son on the fairground rides. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friend and her daughter, Harmony, who has Down Syndrome. Sarah is currently learning Makaton to help communicate with Harmony.
Sydney Cole - Sales Valuer
Sydney started her estate agency career in the Barry branch in 2021 as a Sales Negotiator before progressing to Sales Valuer. One of her proudest achievements so far has been winning the Go To Agent Award for customer service. She strives to ensure every customer feels supported and achieves the best possible outcome.
Sydney lives on Barry Island with her finance and their cat and enjoys walking along Barry Island coast. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys drawing, painting and exploring her interest in art and design.
Lewis Wilde - Sales Negotiator
Lewis started his estate agency career with Peter Alan Albany Road before making a move to the Barry branch. Since starting, his toughest challenge has been managing his time as he often spends too much time talking to people at viewings that he then has to rush to his next viewing. Lewis hopes that Peter Alan Barry will be known for caring about customers and doing the upmost to support them.
Lewis lives in Cardiff with his girlfriend and enjoys being in the middle of the city after growing up on a farm. Lewis is a big rugby and football fan, so, outside of work he enjoys playing rugby, watching sports, cooking and going to the gym.
