2025 marks a special milestone for Peter Alan - our 60th year of helping people across South Wales buy, sell, rent and let their homes.
Since opening our very first branch in 1965, Peter Alan has grown to become one of Wales’ leading estate agents, with a strong presence across the region and a reputation built on trust, expertise, and commitment to our customers.
A Proud Welsh Legacy
Peter Alan’s first branch opened in Cathedral Road, Cardiff in 1965. Over the decades, we’ve grown to operate 30+ branches across South Wales, from Newport to Swansea, each staffed by local property experts who know their area inside out.
Our mission has remained the same throughout, to offer a complete property service that’s friendly, approachable, and tailored to the needs of our customers.
