Sloane Luxury Christmas Hamper Competition
Santa’s arrival is drawing closer and the season of giving has begun, so in the run up to Christmas we will be holding three prize draws on our social media pages. These prize draws will run from December 2nd – 20th 2019. There will be a total of three prizes to be won, over a 3 week period, and each draw will run for one week only (Monday to Friday). We will aim to announce the winners the day after the competition closes. Each winner will be announced on our social media pages and be contacted via Direct Message on the platform which they originally entered the competition on.
To be in with the chance of winning, we would like you to help spread some festive cheer by liking and sharing our posts so that you could be in for the chance of winning a luxurious Sloane Christmas hamper!
Social media users will need to Like the post and Share the post (whether that is on Facebook, Twitter or your Instagram story), but be sure to tag us in your story so that we can see it. Entrants must also be following our page on the platform you are entering the competition on (@peteralanestateagents on Instagram and Facebook, or @peteralanltd on Twitter).
Each competition will start on a Monday and entries must be made before 9pm on the following Friday. The winner will then be chosen at random (using a computerised randomizer), and should be announced the next day (Saturday).
Terms and Conditions
1. Entrants must be following @peteralanestateagents on Instagram, @peteralanltd on Twitter or have “liked” and followed Peter Alan Estate Agents page on Facebook.
2. This daily prize draw is sponsored by Peter Alan Ltd (registered in England No: 2073153). Head Office - Tŷ Croes Cwrlwys, Copthorne Way, Valegate Retail Park, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff CF5 6EH.
3. The competition is open to UK residents age 18 years or older.
4. To enter, participants are required to visit Peter Alan on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and like and share the post. We will not be able to see Instagram shares if your account is on private, therefore if your account is private, we will not count you as an entry.
5. The winning entry in each weekly prize draw will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by that prize draw’s closing date.
6. The winner of each prize draw will be contacted by Peter Alan by direct message on the social media platform of which they entered on. The winner of each draw will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw in which they are the winner.
7. Participants understand and agree the social media platforms used (i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), nor the company which provides the hampers, do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are further in no way associated with it.
8. Peter Alan may wish to use entrants’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Peter Alan website or associated social media channels. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. The prize draw period runs from December 2nd – 20th 2019. Each weekly prize draw is open for entry from Monday at 9.30am to the following Friday at 8.59pm. Entries must be submitted via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and entry is restricted to one per person per competition. Participants are eligible to enter subsequent prize draws in the following weeks.
10. All prizes will either be available to collect at a Peter Alan branch or delivered to each winner. We will aim to get the prizes to the winners by December 31st 2019. The prize is non-transferrable.
11. Employees of Peter Alan or the Connells Group will not be eligible for the prize element of this competition but may still take part.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition, prize and or the terms without notice.
