Earlier this year pa black teamed up with two business partners: Porsche Centre Cardiff and Green & Co Accountants.
We held a landlord event at the Porsche Centre in Cardiff and 50 investor landlords attended. The feedback we had after the event was very positive, as the speakers gave valuable information relating to landlord tax. Insight was also given into the future of the private rental sector in Wales delivered by experts from the industry.
As this event was so successful we are planning another which we intend to hold in the west region with the most likely venue in Swansea, probably around September time.
pa black lettings as a brand is gaining momentum as the higher value properties become available across our trading patch and are taken by corporate clients and professional individuals relocating to Wales from other parts of the UK and overseas.
