It is the season of giving, so in the run up to Christmas we will be holding a daily prize draw on social media. This will run from 10th – 21st December 2018 and we will give away prizes every day to a winner, with the final winner being announced on 22nd December.
Santa is giving out gifts over the next 12 days in the run up to Christmas. We’d like you to spread some festive cheer by liking, sharing and tagging one of your friends our posts and you could win a prize for you to enjoy with a friend!
Social media users will need to Like and Share the post and Comment with the name of the person they would like treat and to take with them to the restaurant/shopping partner etc. Entrants must be following @peteralanltd on Twitter or have “liked” Peter Alan Estate Agents page on Facebook.
Each competition closes at midnight and then a randomly chosen winner is announced the next day using our computerised Randomizer.

3. The competition is open to UK residents age 18 years or older.
4. To enter, participants are required to visit Peter Alan on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and like, share and comment on the post.
5. The winning entry in each daily prize draw will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by that prize draw’s closing date.
6. The winner of each prize draw will be contacted by Peter Alan by direct message on social media within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw in which they are the winner.
7. Participants understand and agree that the social media sites which host this competition (Facebook & Twitter) nor the companies whose names are on the gift cards, do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are further in no way associated with it.
8. Peter Alan may wish to use entrants’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Peter Alan website or associated social media channels. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. The prize draw period runs from 10th – 21st December 2018. Each daily prize draw is open for entry from 9.00am to 11.59pm. Entries must be submitted via social media and entry is restricted to one per person per day. Participants are eligible to enter subsequent prize draws on the following days.
10. All prizes are provided in voucher form, which will be either available to collect at a Peter Alan branch or posted to each winner during week commencing January 1st 2019. The prize is non-transferrable.
