As a way of thanking our followers, in the run up to Christmas we will be holding a ‘12 Days of Christmas’ #12DaysofGivaways daily prize draw on our website and social media. This will run from 12th-23rd December 2015 and we will give away prizes everyday to a winner, with the final winner being announced on 24th December.
To take part all people have to do is visit our website and find the 12 days of Christmas gift (which is moved to a different page each day) and then send PA a message on Facebook or Twitter, to tell us on which page they found the gift. Entrants must be following @peteralanltd on Twitter or have “liked” Peter Alan Estate Agents page on Facebook.
Each competition closes at midnight and then a randomly chosen winner is announced the next day.

3. The competition is open to UK residents age 18 years or older.
4. To enter, participants are required to visit the Peter Alan website and find the 12 days of Christmas present and then send PA a message on Facebook or Twitter, to confirm on which page the present was found, including within the post the hashtag #12DaysofGivaways
5. The winning entry in each daily prize draw will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by that prize draw’s closing date.
6. The winner of each prize draw will be contacted by the Promoter by direct message on social media within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw in which they are the winner.
7. Participants understand and agree that the social media sites which host this competition (Facebook & Twitter) do not in any way sponsor, endorse or administer this competition and are further in no way associated with it.
8. Peter Alan may wish to use entrants’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Peter Alan website or associated social media channels. It is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. The prize draw period runs from 12th-23rd December 2015. Each daily prize draw is open for entry from 9.00am to 11.59pm. Entries must be submitted via social media and entry is restricted to one per person per day. Participants are eligible to enter subsequent prize draws on the following days.
10. All prizes are provided in voucher form, which will be available to collect at a Peter Alan branch. Prizes can be posted to the winner on special request. The prize is non-transferrable.
11. Employees of Peter Alan or the Connells Group will not be eligible for the prize element of this competition but may still take part.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition, prize and or the terms without notice.
