We can arrange mortgage advice for you to ensure that you can move with confidence. Our professionally qualified mortgage advisers will research the whole of the mortgage market for you and recommend the most suitable mortgage for you – without charging you a fee for their services.*

We can arrange a solicitor from our panel of specially selected solicitors with whom we have agreed fees and an existing relationship to manage your conveyancing and guide you through every step of the way.  Ask in your local branch for details.

We can also arrange an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for you which is currently a legal requirement for selling your property.
