Information for Applicants
When you apply for a tenancy, there will be an administration fee to pay – ask our branch staff for further details of this fee and other fees which may become payable during the lifetime of your tenancy.
What you need to know as a prospective tenant:
Applying to rent a property.
Each adult that is to share the property needs to complete an application form and will appear on the tenancy agreement. Each applicant will be fully responsible for the property.
Administration Fee.
An administration and arrangement fee that covers our costs in processing your references and tenancy agreement is required to process the application. The fee is £160.00 + VAT for the lead tenant and £75.00 + VAT per additional applicant.
Guarantor Fee
There is a fee of £75 + VAT for referencing a guarantor.
Renewal Fee
If a renewal tenancy is agreed at the end of the fixed term then an administration fee of £50 + VAT will be due on signing.
Check In Fee.
You may be asked to pay a check in fee of £40.00 + VAT for us to arrange for you to be checked in to the property on the day you collect your keys to you rented home.
This fee is to cover the cost of a property inspector meeting you at the property with your keys to go through the inventory and make sure you are completely happy.
You will of course be informed well in advance of this charge by members of our staff.
