Peter Alan Lettings and Property Management Division was started in 2003 with a main base in Cardiff City Centre.  However due the increasing demand Peter Alan rolled out lettings to the entire branch network in 2009.  In 2013, Peter Alan purchased Thomas George and Mead, cementing our position as the largest letting agency in South Wales.

We have a network of 26 branches across Wales and our centralised Letting Support Centres, open 6 days a week, which ensures that existing and potential customers have easy access to us. Our network allows us unrivalled geographical coverage to promote landlord’s properties to prospective tenants.
