COVID - 19 information Hide

COVID - 19

In accordance with government instructions, all our branches are now temporarily closed until further notice as we all do what we can in the fight against Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Whilst we will not be able to welcome you into our branch, we remain fully committed to supporting all of our customers. We are changing and adapting the way that we operate, enabling many of our staff to work remotely, and whilst our branches’ doors will be closed, we will continue to be available to you online, on the phone and via email throughout this crisis. We have also put together an FAQ page for all customers covering Selling, Buying, Mortgage & Protection, Conveyancing, Letting & Renting. Before you contact us please click here to view the current Customer FAQs.

What can you do?

  • Keep yourself updated as the situation continues to evolve by following Public Health England (PHE) latest information and advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • Stay at home unless you are:
    • Shopping for essentials
    • Carrying out your one form of exercise for the day
    • Travelling to receive medical attention
    • Travelling to and form work (if necessary)
  • Help prevent the spread of the virus by following NHS information and advice
    • Wash your hands more often than usual, for 20 seconds using soap and hot water, particularly after coughing, sneezing and blowing your nose, or after being in public areas where other people are doing so. Use hand sanitisers if that’s all you have access to.
    • To reduce the spread of germs when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, or your sleeve (not your hands if you don’t have a tissue), and throw the tissue away immediately. Then wash your hands or use a hand sanitising gel.
    • Clean and disinfect regularly touched objects and surfaces using your regular cleaning products to reduce the risk of passing the infection on to other people.
