<p>The Yahoo! review is even more remarkable because The Sessile &ndash; on sale for &pound;425,000 &ndash; is almost &pound;8million cheaper than some of the other luxury properties on the list. These include a &pound;8.3million home in Majorca, Spain, a &pound;5.3million townhouse in California, USA, and a &pound;6.5million former water tower in Kennington, London. The nearest in price is a new-build home in Kent with a guide price of &pound;1.1million.</p>
<p>Laura Marles, of PA Black, said Naturally Woodlands has &ldquo;well and truly&rdquo; placed Rhondda Cynon Taff on the international property map. <em>&ldquo;Rhondda is a stunning county which has historically been somewhat overlooked by its neighbours</em>,&rdquo; she said. <em>&ldquo;But the latest news is testament to the quality of the development and to Rhondda itself. Naturally Woodlands has somehow managed to deliver exceptional eco-friendly, detached family homes at an affordable price and in a wonderful woodland location. It should be viewed as a boon for the region and an accolade which has the potential of putting Rhondda firmly on the property and lifestyle map</em>.&rdquo;</p>
