What is PAYDAY?

Payday is a rental guarantee scheme for Landlords that is exclusive to Peter Alan. If you take up our management service at 12.5% we can guarantee your rent will be paid every month, even if your tenant defaults*

Why is PAYDAY different to other Rental Guarantee Schemes?

If your tenant defaults on the rent, Peter Alan will ensure your cash flow is not impacted (subject to a valid claim) by paying you the landlord on or around the same day every month**

In the event of the tenant defaulting Peter Alan will manage the arrears and claims process on your behalf to ensure your peace of mind.

Unlike other guarantee schemes there will be no delays in payment or excess payable in advance.

‘PayDay’ also provides landlords with over £50,000 of legal expenses cover including incidents involving identity fraud and potential breaches of property safety regulations.
