What is PAYDAY?

Payday is a rental guarantee scheme for Landlords that is exclusive to Peter Alan. If you take up our management service at 12.5% we can guarantee your rent will be paid every month, even if your tenant defaults*

Why is PAYDAY different to other Rental Guarantee Schemes?

If your tenant defaults on the rent, Peter Alan will ensure your cash flow is not impacted (subject to a valid claim) by paying you the landlord on or around the same day every month**

In the event of the tenant defaulting Peter Alan will manage the arrears and claims process on your behalf to ensure your peace of mind. 

Unlike other guarantee schemes there will be no delays in payment or excess payable.

‘PayDay’ provides Landlords with costs to negotiate your legal rights to recover possession of the property, to evict squatters and to defend your legal rights in certain circumstances relating to the letting of your property.

It also provides cover for up to 3 months rent at 50% for void periods if your property needs damage repaired to enable you to re-let it.

** The Agent will be unable to pay rent under the plan on the agreed rent due date if any one of the following applies: The agreed rent due date falls on a Public Holiday or non Working Day or a day when the Agents office/s is closed for what ever reason, the third party banking system has failed or the Agent’s accounting software has failed.
