The ‘Mortgage Recommend a Friend’ offer is only available to existing Peter Alan customers, and Peter Alan staff (but see exception below), who recommend new mortgage account customers to Peter Alan provided those new customers are not currently Peter Alan customers. To be eligible for the offer the person(s) being recommended must not have held applied for a mortgage through Peter Alan or received a Mortgage Offer through Peter Alan in the 3 months preceding their application to take out a new mortgage through Peter Alan and they must complete on the mortgage applied for. Following your recommendation you and the person you have recommended will each receive vouchers worth £100 that can be used in various high street stores when the new mortgage applicant has completed on their mortgage, submitted a valid, fully completed ‘Mortgage Recommend a Friend’ form to Peter Alan and that form has been accepted. The vouchers will then be available at your nearest Peter Alan branch for collection within 10 days of your friends mortgage completing. The vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions. New customers must be 18 or over and must apply for a mortgage through Peter Alan, applications from any other source are not eligible for this offer. This offer is available to private individuals only and excludes anyone whose job includes advising mortgage customers. It also excludes all applications submitted by mortgage intermediaries and mortgage brokers. We reserve the right to refuse any application made under this offer. New customers completing in joint names will be eligible for £100 in vouchers only. Completed claim forms for vouchers are valid from 1 May 2012 until 1 May 2013. Mortgages are subject to status, valuation, availability and lending policies.
