Auction Department

Our first Auction took place on Tuesday 28th October 2008 at The Copthorne Hotel in Culverhouse Cross.

There were not too many buyers prepared to bid on the night but interested parties sealed deals or made offers privately before or after the event. Prior to the auction we exchanged on 6 properties, 1 was sold in the Legal room on the night and our team are currently working on an additional 22 offers. Also an expression of interest was shown by a housing association for approximately 20 units.

The event was very professionally run and well attended which bodes well for future Auctions which we will run throughout next year.
