Buying at Auction

We are pleased to announce that Peter Alan Estate Agents is launching a property auction service which commences in October 2008.

The benefits of buying under the hammer are:

• The ability to secure a property and exchange contracts on the night
• A quick completion - within 28 days
• Preview properties in the auction catalogue and also view prior to auction
• The potential to bid by proxy
• Buying below market price

If you are interested in buying at a Peter Alan Auction, you will be required to:

• Pay a buyers fee
• Pay 10% upon exchange of contracts on the night
• Provide proof of funding
• Provide two forms of I.D
