Wales’ largest estate agency, Peter Alan, today announces that it has agreed to acquire Jon Coombes as part of its long term strategy to increase market share and extend its geographical reach.
Jon Coombes is a long established independent estate agency business in Dinas Powys, founded over 26 years ago, which focuses on selling property throughout the Vale of Glamorgan and in particular Dinas Powys, Penarth, Sully and Wenvoe.
Jon Coombes, owner of the business commented, “After 26 years of successful trading I have decided to retire and I have transferred my interest in the company. I have chosen Peter Alan and pa black as they are key players in the property industry and will enhance our proposition with additional benefits and services for current and new clients. These will include wider coverage and increased marketing whilst maintaining the high level of service customers have received to date.”
Jon Coombes will begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name and will become the 26th branch in the Peter Alan branch network. All current staff will be retained, whilst additional staff members will be recruited to enable more services to be offered to strengthen the proposition and benefit the local community.
