Does your school have an aspiring artist who would like their art work published?

To coincide with the launch of our 29th Peter Alan branch in Chepstow we are offering all primary school students across Chepstow, Caldicot and the surrounding area an opportunity to display their art by taking part in our For Sale Board Design Competition.  The winning design will be created as a unique full-size Peter Alan For Sale board which will be placed outside one of our instructed properties (at one time) within the Monmouthshire area.

The winning artworks will be chosen by Branch Manager, Pete Burrows, and his team in Peter Alan Chepstow.  The runners up and winner will be announced in their school assembly.  Runners up will get a prize and their artwork will be displayed in our Chepstow branch window.  The talented winner will get their board printed and will be shown off around the Monmouthshire area.  Winners will also have their art work published with their school names in the Monmouth and Chepstow Beacon.

This is a great opportunity for any budding young artists or designers to get their works of art publically displayed. The For Sale board will display a full size printed graphic of the picture, incorporating the Peter Alan brand and For Sale banner. It can also display the winning pupils name and their school (with parents’ consent).

Artwork should be carried out by hand, either paint or felt tip, be on A3 paper and should contain eye catching and colourful imagery*.  The winning primary school will have its name included on the board. All entrants should include their name, age and school.

Competition opens on Monday 27th February and closes on Friday 7th April. The winning board design will be produced and in circulation by the end of April.

Any schools wishing to participate or if you would like more information please contact Pete at Chepstow@peteralan.co.uk or call 01291 630876.

*artwork cannot contain any pictures that some people may find offensive or intrusive, brand names of products or brands of competitors. Artwork should be completed on A3 paper and will be expanded to fit on a standard sized Peter Alan board.
