I am writing in appreciation of the team at Peter Alan in Caerphilly. I have been dealing with the branch for 2 years as a novice property developer and as a potential independent seller.

The team has always been extremely helpful and professional in the way that they have dealt with me.

I am not sure that you have team incentives ot team awards but I would like to put this team forward for such if they are in existence.

From start to finish they provide a quality service. The atmosphere in the office is friendly and approachable and you get a sense of team. Their knowledge on properties availability and position, in terms of vacant property, to be sold, in a chain etc is always spot on.

I can only imagine with all the properties that you have this is no easy task.

The feedback from viewings of my own property have been constructive and prompt with updates within hours or at the very latest the next day.

When I have viewed properties they have encouraged the positive, however they are not pushy or intrusive or unrealistic. This again adds to feeling a sense that the team is genuine, an important factor for me when dealing with your company.

Their help with accommodating viewings has always been excellent and accessible, which has not been my experience with other agents. They are always on time for appointments another important aspect in evidencing their professionalism.

I have on all occasions whilst purchasing property used your financial services, again this process flows as part of the package offered in the branch and again echo’s what has been previously mentioned as a sense of team within the office.
