A fabulous review for our Neath branch from a very happy customer!
If only we’d used this estate agent last year when we had a bad experience with another agent and were unable to sell our home.
Although a quarter of a percent more expensive than their rivals, every penny extra was well worth it. From our initial phone call to the home visit, to regular communications by phone and email we could not be more pleased with everyone’s helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism.
As soon as the process had begun, the representative from their legal team, telephoned to explain all costs and the procedure to be followed. He too was highly professional and friendly. Because the paperwork was started straightaway, there were no delays, which made the whole sale as smooth as possible.
This is a large firm with many branches and offices in other locations so do check if they are in your area of South Wales.
From the offer on our house, to our completion and move in only seven weeks (!!!) there was fantastic service all the way through. Highly recommended without hesitation.
